Pool Guidelines

Upon purchasing your new home, you became a member of the Homeowners' Association (HOA).  All HOA members - in good standing - have access to the Community Amenities.  The Community Pool is located behind a card-access gate.  YOU MUST HAVE AN ACCESS CARD TO ENTER THE POOL AREA.  One card is allowed per household and cards are good year after year.  If you do not have a card or are in need of a replacement card, contact NMI by e-mail at accesscontrol@nmitx.com.  Remember, it is not recommended that anyone swim alone and there is No Lifeguard on Duty so supervision of children is MANDATORY.
